A beautiful 3 bed villa in the Pernera area of Protaras. Sleeps 6. Ideal family villa. Quiet location but only a few minutes walk to the beach and local amenities. Private pool.
A spacious modern 3 bed villa with pool in a quiet location. It is tastefully furnished to a high standard fully air-conditioned and will sleep 6 people. The villa has three double sized bedrooms with twin beds, and is comfortably furnished for the accommodation of 6 adults. Two of the bedrooms have access to the upstairs balcony. Family bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in all bedrooms (included).

The large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen is very comfortable with ample soft seating and a dining table which seats 6. There is also a downstairs w.c.

The kitchen area is a fully fitted modern kitchen with full-size gas oven and hob, washing machine, and fridge freezer. There is a wide range of kitchen utensils catering for most culinary needs.   The lounge is comfortably furnished with two settees and armchair and looks out onto the patio and swimming pool. There is a television receiving local programmes. Films in English are usually screened after 9.00pm. There is also a video and a DVD player which will play CDs and DVDs.

The pool is 8m x 4m with sunbeds and outside dining furniture. There is a BBQ and paved terraces, as well as a pergola for sitting in the shade. Off road parking for one car.

Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Car hire advised - please ask for our competitive car hire rates. We can also arrange airport transfers if required.

Location

The property is located in Pernera and the nearest beach is about 5 minutes walk. Pernera is a lovely resort with plenty of restaurants and tavernas as well as plenty of sandy beaches with water sports. It has its own fishing shelter where you can take boat trips along the coast. You will find supermarkets, interesting shops and also a small waterpark. The busy resort of Protaras is about 15 minutes walk or 5 minute drive and has beautiful beaches and plenty of bars, restaurants and entertainment. Ayia Napa is about 15 minutes drive with the harbour area, shops, monastery and nightlife. The nearby traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni is 5-10 minutes drive away. Here you will find unusual shops and tavernas as well as an interesting town square where you can sit in one of the café and watch the world go by.
