Villa Sobella is a detached 3 bedroom, air conditioned villa, situated in the Pernera area of Protaras. The villa has an open plan lounge and dining area, with dining table that seats six, settees, TV and DVD player. The patio doors lead to the swimming pool. The fully fitted kitchen is separate to the lounge/dining area and includes a table and chairs, washing machine, fridge/freezer, utensils, crockery, saucepans, iron and ironing board.

Upstairs the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the two twin bedrooms have two single beds in each room. All bedrooms have bedside cabinets and wardrobes. Both twin bedrooms lead on to balcony areas, where guests can relax and enjoy the view. Also upstairs there is a modern fitted bathroom and a separate shower room, each with its own toilet.

Outside there is a patio area with a private swimming pool, (10m x 4m), regularly cleaned. Located by the pool are six sunbeds, umbrellas, table and six chairs and outside shower.   

The villa is suitable for a maximum of six and is for couples and families only.
We do not take bookings for groups of male or females.

Included in the rental rates is free air conditioning, gas and electricity, water and maintenance and cleaning of swimming pool. Linen and towels are changed once a week and are provided on your arrival.
Beach towels are not provided.
The minimum booking is one week.

Location

The villa is located in the Pernera area of Protaras on a quiet residential estate. Pernera is one of the four regions of Protaras and is located on the east coast of Cyprus. It is a family orientated resort with a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops located a short stroll away. Pernera has some of the best beaches in Cyprus and five minutes walk takes you to beautiful beaches with crystal clear water. Protaras Water Park is located nearby and Fig Tree Bay 10-15 minutes walk away. The larger and popular resorts of Ayia Napa and Paralimni are located a short distance away. Ayia Napa has a large selection of bars, restaurants and nightclubs and the harbour is lined with Greek tavernas. Ayia Napa boasts a themed water park and Nissi Bay, one of the best beaches in the area.
