Forest Hill Apartment is a large luxury three-bedroom apartment nestled in the hills overlooking Fetihye Bay in Turkey. It was built in 2005 and is fitted out throughout with new furniture. Weekly rental is from £200 a week.

This apartment was built in 2005 and shares a gorgeous private pool with six other properties. Across the road is another complex by the same builders with a childrens pool (snack bar,shared market and hairdresser being built). There is 24 hour security to ensure your stay is as safe as possible (although crime levels in Turkey are very low!).


Forest Hill Apartment is on the 1st floor and is fitted to a high standard. It will sleep up to 6 people and is fully airconditioned. It has the following features:

- Three large double bedrooms: two of which have direct access to large balconys. The views from all rooms are great.

- Lounge area with double sofa bed, TV and CD/DVD player, DVD film library, Playstation 2 and games

- A large balcony adjoining the living room with beautiful hand made barbeque overlooking the swimming pool

- Well equipped kitchen with cooker,washing machine and microwave

- VERY large balcony off the kitchen for eating, relaxing and enjoying great views over the bay

- Nicely fitted out bathroom and also a smaller cloakroom (toilet and sink)

- All cutlery and towels provided

Local activities include:
- Scuba diving
- Boat trips
- Jeep safari
- Tours: Dalyan & Mud Baths; Marmaris for Day etc
- Paragliding over Olu Deniz

The apartment is managed through the use of a local estate agent who will provide you with the keys upon arrival and also can arrange airport pick up and drop off for you (additional charge). Car hire is circa £140 per week.
