This cute two person's house is on walking distance from the centre, the dunes and the forest. Although the house lies on a drive through road, you're not be incommoded by the traffic. This comes because the house is fully hidden from the road. Besides you find your terrace at the backside. Here you have a free view on the meadow-lands. Your house is thatched to another house.

The living room has a small sitting area with TV and DVD. There is also a dining table. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. Via a stair in the living room you enter the first floor.
First floor:
The first floor contains a room with a double bed. The simple, but neat bathroom is on the ground floor.

When you want, you can rent bikes at that place, a tip, because of the many cycle-tracks through the widest dunes of Holland.

The North Sea coast is characterized by the natural beauty of woods, dunes, polder landscapes, beaches and the sea. The contrasts in flora and fauna are startling, and best admired in Schoorl, Groet and Camperduin. The villages lie like a ribbon along the edge of the Schoorlse Duinen National Park. The district is distinguished by a varied overgrowth, a number of dune streams, kilometres of cycling and hiking paths and three high �climbing� dunes. Where the range of dunes stops, the Hondsbos Sea Defence starts with the "de Putten" bird sanctuary at its foot. Schoorl has lots to offer. There are beautiful paths in the extensive dune and forest area behind the climbing dune in Schoorl, with coloured poles to show you the way. You can choose between long and short walks, a walk to the sea and even to the centre of Bergen. The Schoorlse Zeeweg is your road to the beach. And if you fancy it, you can rest at the "Bears-pit" halfway there.

It is also worthwhile to go to the visitors' centre "het Zandspoor". It is an initiative by Staatsbosbeheer, and a unique opportunity to find out more about the special flora and fauna in the area.

The centres of each village all have shops and small restaurants. The North Sea beach at Schoorl aan Zee can be reached by bike only, but the beaches at Hargen and Camperduin have parking facilities and a bus stop. The water-sports enthusiast can moor in the little harbour at Hargen, hard behind sea and dunes. In the summer months, Schoorl is the scene of various festivities. And, of course, lest we forget to tell you, there is a world famous mountain bike-trail between Bergen and Schoorl.
