The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There are 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Equipped with sauna, television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

Bahama Bay- one of the best resorts to stay in the Disney World area. Located on lovely Lake Davenport, it offers everything you dream about in a holiday resort. There are children's play areas and swimming, volleyball and other sports. It is large enough also to have quiet areas, wonderful lakes where you can relax and watch wildlife. It has a Health Club and Spa where you can get the pampering you always needed but never had time for.

There are shaded areas all around and the Clubhouse where there is a bar and areas to relax. Also there is a shop where you can buy general provisions and souvenirs etc. A restaurant called Tradewinds means you can have breakfast and meals in the villa or out.

Bahama Bay is near Kissimmee and is about 10 minutes from Disney World and less than 90 mins from Tampa, St Petersburg or the Kennedy Space Centre. Its a wonderful place to stay for any family holiday and everything is spotlessly clean. The beauty of Bahama Bay and the localityThe first time I went to Bahama Bay I was enchanted, amazed, what words would best describe it? I continue to go there because I can't resist it, it simply is the best resort in the Disney, Florida area and that is borne out by conversations with various travel agents, the theme park booking desks etc. It has multiple commendations from Virgin, Thomson, and other tour operators. Virgin have awarded Bahama Bay a Bronze Award for the Best Hotel in Florida 2006.

Rising at 8 am you encounter the plushness and cleanliness of the villa, the new carpets, furniture, the superb fittings and the Caribbean style. It's airy, cool in contrast to the outside where the good weather is almost guaranteed. It invokes renovation of the spirit and a sense of relaxation and well-being.

Take a walk to breakfast in the Tradewinds restaurant. A full breakfast, as much as you like for under $10, bacon, sausages, coffee, juice, eggs, pancakes, maple syrup, cereal, fruit, who needs lunch?! The walk over to Tradewinds from the Clubhouse is beautiful in itself and it's here you appreciate the size of the site. On the way you encounter a lake teeming with birds and other wildlife, palm trees everywhere!

After breakfast maybe go to the on-site beach, play a game of volleyball or go fishing on Lake Davenport (another lake!!). 4 on site swimming pools spoil you for choice and each has bubbly whirlpools for relaxation and showing off your tan. There are shady areas too like the Bahama style huts where you can cool off, sleep or read. Or you can sunbathe on the sandy beach by the lake where shades are provided. Perhaps the Health Spa for an hour or two in the afternoon?

If you want to go to the theme parks, Disney, Epcot, Kennedy Space Centre, Universal Studios, you can book these on site at Bahama Bay. If you want to go to Downtown Disney, old style Kissimmee, the lakes or further afield to Tampa, St Petersburg, Daytona Beach, Palm Beach these can all be done as day trips! Sports wise there are nearby golf courses, tennis, multiple swimming pools /whirlpools, volleyball, beaches, fishing....

There is allocated parking. The villa is on the Ground floor and is single level. There are two 'balconies' provided with insect netting, table and chairs for a relaxing read or chill out. Nice views.

There is everything you could possibly need in the villa and it's easy to see why it gets so many recommendations. Maid service is a little extra but the villa is cleaned betweens stays. Homely feel.


A well positioned, superbly laid out dining table is provided in an open, lit area of the villa. Seating is plush and the feel as good as a high class restaurant. Napkins, candles, cutlery provided.

There are details of pizza delivery firms etc. in case you want an evening in. The kitchen equipment is all new. A US style fridge freezer is provided and a toaster, coffee/tea making facilities. Top rate!

There is a very well equipped bathroom with brand new equipment, shower , bath etc. Fit for royalty!!

There are 3 beautifully decorated and laid out bedrooms with lots of storage. The main bedroom has en-suite bathroom. All brand new.

Gorgeous on-site restaurant (Tradewinds) with superb menu, well-laid out for dining, and 3 bars.

All 3 pools heated (plus one kids pool). Many local golf courses.

Two local towns- Davenport, Kissimmee. The latter is old style American town with very quaint antique and other shops. Also a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants.

Bahama Bay has regular on-site entertainment and events. Also there is so much for children to do there- the perfect family resort in fact.

The boulevards around Disney World are packed with bars, restaurants, shopping malls and you are absolutely spoit for choice for places to dine out. Downtown Disney is like a city in its own right with lots for all the family.

Why not try Dolly Parton's Stampede Show and Dinner or one of the many other activities in the area around Universal Studios, International Drive and Disney World. You wont run out of things to do in and around Bahama Bay!!

Kids enjoy amenities designed just for them including an interactive kiddy pool at the outdoor kids club, an indoor activity center featuring popular board games and Sony PlayStations and even a 22-seat mini-cinema perfect for re-living those favorite Disney moments!

The children's pool has an overhead sprinkler and a mushroom shaped top that water falls down from, and also shooting sprinklers that come from the bottom of the pool.
