Our villa is furnished by owner and that is important, the majority of homes in the Orlando area are decorated by package deal companies... they all look and feel the same... with budget tropical "Bahamian Style" fabrics and cheap cane furniture.

You will find a five meg (5mb) internet line and secure WEP encrypted wireless network up to 54mbps available free of charge, with Dell PC to surf the web and book those Disney Tickets. If you need to keep in touch or work whilst your away this is the villa to be in...

We have an outdoor BBQ gas grill (free of charge) for your use and professional quality coffee maker for espresso, cappuccino or skinny latte etc all straight from the freshly ground beans to your cup. The pool area has a non-slip surface, shower and fully automated spa timer which switches the heater up to a higher temperature and turns all the valves when activated, but all surrounded by a safety fence for the kids and the whole area is screened to prevent flying insects bothering you.

April to September we set the Pool to a lower heat than normal, the system will take the chill off but keep the water refreshingly cool for a dip whilst the spa is set warmer than the pool so you can feel the relaxation of the bubbles, during October thru March the pool is so warm it gives off steam and the spa is jacked up too. Use our solar blanket to maintain an overnight warmth and save energy to lessen effects upon the environment (carbon footprint) via the power consumed to heat the water.

The master bedroom hosts a King Bed with luxury matress for your vacation relaxation, indeed all our matresses are top quality with Egyptian cottons and luxurious velvet comforter set, accompanied by Cindy Crawford line designer furniture with an awesome view out to the pool deck and spa via private patio access. Full en-suite with walk in shower, corner bath, his and hers sink vanity lowered on one side for less able guests, walk in closet and private WC.

Our second master hosts a Queen four poster bed for romance unlimited finished in golden threads and bronze satin stripe sheets, incredible comfort and a shared en-suite with bath, shower and WC where adjoining corridor leads to bedroom three which is also a Queen however the connecting corridor door is locakable to suit most family configurations, you can check on the kids at night or two adult groups could maintain perfect privacy as prefered as another bathroom is just out the hall. Again we remind you to look at the quality of furnishings from our pictures...

Bedroom four is a twin suitable for adults and / or kids alike finished in quality linens and English garden short four post frame beds and every bedroom has its own TV with full multi-channel cable.

Our corner sectional couch has a recliner and queen fold out bed, although this is an option for added comfort you might have to fight for it as this is in front of the large screen TV and our inflatable day matress is extermely comfortable.

All prices shown are fully inclusive of state and tourist tax, there are no hidden charges and our only extras are the optional seasonal pool / spa heating (which is free January to March) and departure cleaning charge for your convenience.

Our villa is bonded by the state, fully insured and registered which means we hold current occupation / safety certificates as well as a hotel operators licence - keep your kids safe when choosing a villa.

BBQ / OUTDOOR GRILL : This is always available for use free of charge, just purchase your own propane at the local Hess Gas station nearby.
