Surrounded by the greenest Umbrian hills, at only 12 km from world famous Assisi, there rises this peaceful and lovely agriturismo, plunged into a mystic and serene atmosphere.
It is located at about 700 meters on the sea level, with a breathtaking view over the countryside. It’s easily reachable from the main routes.

The complex used as a tourist accommodation is located within an estate of about 8 Hectares of land: 5 hectares comprise a chestnut tree plantation, arable land and pasture for a small sheep breeding with 15 “Bergamasca” sheep. The rest is woodland.
The property comprises a restaurant, a bar, 12 bedrooms and a studio, the owner’s apartment, a children playground, a pool, parking for the guests, garage, stables and some technical rooms.

The main building is stone exposed, has a squared footprint and is on 2 levels; the old hay-loft, previously separated from the main building, has been connected through a glass structure.
On the ground floor there is the reception, the bar, the restaurant seating 46 people, the equipped kitchen, several storage and technical rooms, the dressing room and the toilets. On the first floor there are 8 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a lovely lounge with coaches for the guests; 2 of the bedrooms are suitable for handicapped people.
On the second floor there are 4 additional bedrooms with private bathroom.
The main building is in good condition and doesn’t need renovation works; all services are hooked up and compliant with current regulations.

At short distance from the main building there’s the owner’s apartment, of about 70 sq m, on one level; it is composed of: living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Joined to the main building there is also a wood storage; on the pebbled courtyard rises a gazebo with tables and chairs for al fresco eating and a large garage (about 45 sq m). Underneath the gazebo there are 2 further rooms (25 sqm in total) with a storage and the laundry. Another big storage room can be found just below the owner’s apartment.

The pool, highly panoramic, has a peculiar shape and includes a shallow pool for children. From the paved area all around you can enjoy a magnificent view.

This agriturismo is already working since a few years with very good results; it is family-run.
