A car is necessary eventhough the old village of Vallauris with resaurant, shops, the Picasso museum and the pottery makers is only 500m away, but it's hilly !

Comfortable houseA 200m2 villa will all tiled floor with old ceramics, easy to maintain and always cool. Every room or bedroom has a direct access to a terrace or a balcony. There are 3 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room with a private mezzanine space, a dining room and many terraces!

The master bedroom has a king (160cm) bed with a private wc, shower, bath.
The "kids" bedroom has 2 single beds and a mezzanine 140cm bed, up to 4 kids can share it, it has its own bathroom with bath/shower and wc.
The 3rd bedroom has twin-single bed, its own bathroom with a shower and access to the main terrace.
The living room has a 16:9 TV with a DVD/VCR, a fireplace, direct access to the main terrace and a large balcony with breathtaking view over the Cap d'Antibes. It has a mezzanine with a sofa-bed.
The dining room can sit 8 to 10 people comfortably.
The kitchen has direct access to the main terrace and has a large american-style fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher. A small table is available for breakfast
Living outside...A very large south facing tiled terrace is the center of life in the villa, it offers an amazing view on the mediterranean and the Cap d'Antibes. A covered summer kitchen which stays always cool has a wood pizza oven/barbecue. The pool is very private with no on-lookers, a covered pool house for some shadow and a toilet and shower close-by.
