These apartments were built in 2006 and we have been offered the handful remaining. Situated 800 m from the sea and about 2,5 km from the centre of Porec - in Veli Maj.It is a quiet location but the connection to the city is very good.

There are different sizes of apartments: between 50 – 95 m2. The apartments have a terrace with seaview, 1 parking place, a storage room in the cellar,which is useful if you arenting out for keeping personal items in, connections for the telephone, sat TV and air conditioning, high-quality ceramics and parquet floors.

Porec is the busiest resort in Croatia and gets far more tourists each year than Dubrovnik. There is a huge variety of entertainment and restaurants as well as historical interest in the UNESCO protected Euphrasian Basilica.

Access is easy from Pula airport, 45mins away, into which Ryanair (Stanstead), FlyGlobespan (Edinburgh), Norwegian Air Shuttle (Oslo), German Wings, Sterling, Wizzair, Tuifly, Thomsonfly and several Russian operators all fly during the summer and Trieste into which Ryanair (Stanstead)fly all year round. Ryanair are also flying in to Trieste from Birmingham this year.

Questi apartamenti sono stati costruiti nell 2006.,e ci sono stati offerti i rimanenti.La posizione e molto alletante,sono a 800m dal mare ed a soli 2,50km dal centro di Parenzo,a Veli Maj che e una cittadina molto tranquilla,ma collegata molto bene con la citta.

Il palazzo contiene apartamenti di diferente grandezza,dai 50 ai 95m2.Tutti hanno una bella vista sul mare,un parcheggio ed un ripostiglio che torna utile anche per lasciarci le proprie cose nel caso si decidesse di affitare l`apartamento.Hanno anche il cavo telefonico,tv satellitare e aria condizionata,come pavimenti in ceramica e parquet di altissima qualita.

Parenzo e una delle citta piu visitate dai turisti.Offre tantissimi ristoranti,bar,discoteque come anche eventi culturali.La Basilica Euphrasiane,che si trova nell centro della parte storica di Parenzo e protetta dal Unesco.

Dal areoporto di Pola facile acceso in soli 30min,30min da Trieste per l autostrada Ipsilon.
