DIRECTIONS

From Exeter and the M5 motorway follow the A30 towards Okehampton. At Sourton take the Tavistock exit and, at the bottom of the slip road, turn right back underneath the dual carriageway. Continue along this road until reaching a roundabout and then turn left towards Holsworthy. Follow the A3218, passing through Halwill Junction, and at the T-junction turn right along the A3072 signed to Hatherleigh. After 0.3 miles at Brandis Corner, beside the Bickford Arms pub, turn left signed Bradford and Shebbear. Proceed along here for 1.4 miles and at Holemoor turn left signed to Bradford and Thornberry. Proceed for 0.7 miles and then turn right signed to Dipper Mill. Continue for 0.4 miles into Priestacott and Priestacott House is the last house on the right.
