In the Roccalbegna area in the heart of Maremma in the province of Grosseto - 10 minutes drive from the Triana?s Castle and only half an hour drive from the beautiful and relaxing Saturnia spas, lies the ancient country house of Pezzano.

It's first construction goes back to the XV century. It is at about 390 m above sea level at the foot of Mount Labro. Chestnut windows, wood beams, some of them painted white and floors in porcelain stoneware are some of the features of this wonderful property.

The property could be easily transformed into an "agriturismo", a farming and touristic business. The area is very characteristic, quiet and relaxing. The Saturnia hot springs, at only half an hour's drive, are known all over the world for their healing properties and for the temperature of the water that is 37° allowing people to bathe all year round. Close to the thermal compound there is a very exclusive golf club.

The area is very famous for the ancient Etruscan settlements as well and for the monumental roads they were carving into the rock.
