The cities of Arezzo, Perugia, Florence and Rome are within easy reach.
The property is well-placed for communications. The A1 motorway exit of Fabro is a 7 km drive away. The nearest airports are Perugia ( with daily flights to London ), Rome, Florence and Pisa. The nearest main -line train station is situated in Chiusi which is a 20 min. drive away. There are frequent trains to Rome and Florence and the journey takes just over an hour.
