    Surrounded by mountains, forests and fast flowing clean rivers, this is a peaceful, but not isolated, location in the village of La Cortinada just one and a half kilometers away from the small picturesque town of Ordino, in the European tax haven of Andorra.

    Shops, schools, an auditorium, banks, a leisure center with swimming pool, a medical center and several bars and restaurants are only a few minutes drive away. There are several good restaurants within a few minutes walk and the Ordino golf course and driving range is within 300 meters of the property.

    The popular ski resort of Arcalis is about 20 minutes drive and both Arinsal and Pal are only 40 minutes away. Alternatively, the télécabine in La Massana is only a ten minute drive and gives access to the Vallnord ski complex. The capital city of Andorra la Vella can be reached in about a half hour. The French and Spanish borders are well under an hour away by car.

It is a law abiding, safe, peaceful country and street crime is almost unknown. French, Spanish and Andorran schools provide excellent education from pre-school up to the age of eighteen or beyond.

    The distance to the French coast is about 120 km, and to the Spanish coast at Barcelona, about 130 km. The international airports of Toulouse and Barcelona are just a three hour drive away.

    There are no Capital Gains Taxes, Inheritance Taxes or Income Taxes in Andorra.
