These two villas are next door to each other, which makes them ideal for two families holidaying together. They are almost identical and both have the same facilities.
Downstairs is open plan with a lounge with seating for 6 and TV, dining table and 6 chairs, well equipped kitchen and shower room and w.c. The bed in the lounge is a double sofabed.
Upstairs there two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. Both have built in wardrobes. Patio doors leading out onto first floor veranda from both bedrooms and overlook the pool area. There is also a family bathroom upstairs.
There is air conditioning in every room (optional). The swimming pool (8m x 4m) is accessed via the lounge and the large terrace which surrounds the pool is complete with patio furniture, sun loungers and BBQ area. Linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
LOCATION
The properties are located in Ayia Thekla, a two minute drive is Waterworld at Ayia Napa and the secluded Ayia Thekla beach. The busy resort of Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nissi Beach are about 6km away. In Ayia Napa you will find the old harbour area with its fish tavernas, an abundance of shops, the picturesque monastery, and of course a buzzing nightlife. The quieter resort of Protaras with the stunning Fig Tree bay is 10km away. The traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni is also about 10 km. and has interesting shops and pretty town square where you can sit in one of the cafes and watch the world go by.
