Greece, East Peloponesse.

In one of the most beautiful parts of Ermionida, "K.Residence" is located and overlooks one of the most inspiring bays of the area.

"K.Residence" reminds you of a small village and its distance from Athens is no more than 115 miles.

In the wooded area of 11,000 m2 there are 3 unique villas and 2 semidetached houses with swimming pools.

Every house is allotted 1,500 m2 of land with olive trees, other greenery, and well apportioned gardens.

With a panoramic view at the valley and Koroni private island, "K.Residence" is near at the most beautiful beaches and only 9km far from Porto Heli.

"K. Residence" is situated in the Municipality of Koilada, one of the most beautiful areas of Ermioni. Ermionida, Kranidi, Porto Heli and Koilada are just a few minutes driving away from "K. Residence".

Ermionida

The cape of Ermionida belongs at the prefecture of Argolida (east Peloponnese), just 2½ hours away from Athens, 1½ hours driving from Korinthos and 1 hour away from Nafplio.
It connects with Piraeus port with high-speed boats that arrive at Porto Heli or Ermioni in 2 to 2½ hours approximately.
In close proximity to Ermionida, there are Poros, Ydra, and Spetses islands, Epidavros and Nafplio, which are ideal for day trips.
The whole county of Ermionida is surrounded by sea, with fantastic, clear and deep blue beaches. From Porto Heli, Ermionida or Kranidi (central places in Ermionida) as a start point the visitor has the opportunity to visit interesting monuments, to have fun, taste unique sea food specialties, and attend to exciting festivals.

Kranidi

At the highest point of the pine-tree forest of Ag. Annis is the village of Kranidi (Municipality of Kranidi) from where the visitor can view the whole cape of Ermionida.

Porto Heli

Porto Heli is situated just 9 km after Kranidi. It is a tourist resort with many hotels.
The remains of the ancient city exist even today, like the acropolis of Alion. Porto Heli is a beautiful place that attracts many visitors.
Porto Heli connects with Ermioni (except the central road through Kranidi) through a stunning drive just by turning left from Kosta. On this road there are many beaches.
Also, the visitor can explore a variety of isolated gulfs and great beaches at the areas of Ververonta, Korakia, Hinitsa, Kosta, Kostoula, Limanakia, Agios Aimilianos, Kounoupi, Tzemi, Petrothalasa...and many more.

Koilada

Koilada the centre of the local fishing fleet and is situated before Kranidi (3 km), with just 1000 residents! It has a nice port full of traditional fishing boats and always abundant with fresh fish. Very close to it, there is one small private island of Koroni. At the back of the village exist one of the most picturesque beaches of the area, Lepitsa. After Koilada and towards Doroufi there are many nice beaches for 4 km approximately where the road ends.
