The PHOENIX II Holiday Complex located in the town of Bansko on an entire city block between four streets, with a magnificent southern exposure towards Pirin Mountain, the river Glazne and Glazne Street.The project blends naturally into with the traditional Bansko architecture with the timber sheeting of its facade and windows, imaginatively designed and aesthetically pleasing tile roof with authentic chimney pots, wooden eaves and railings, stone facing, fireplaces, and white plaster.



The PHOENIX ІІ Holiday Complex consists of five levels – Basement, First floor, Second floor, Third floor and Fourth (mansard) floor with a total of 67 apartments including 37 studios. All apartments have southern exposure (facing either directly south, south-east, or south-west). For each of the apartments, an option for a built-in sauna or steam bath facility has been provided, while 80% of the apartments have their own terraces.
