Each house has its own plot of 500 sq.m., with two parking places, stone-covered alleys, BBQ and a garden, as all plots are bordered by an asphalt road.

A large communal swimming pool, or smaller individual pools /optional/will be built.

The living area of the houses is 145 sq.m. There is a master bedroom with master bath, a second bedroom with bathroom, and a terrace - on the second floor.There is an open-plan living room with fireplace and a dining room with kitchen of 60 sq.m, a toilet and a terrace with barbecue - on the first level.

The house is brick and concrete-built, with external insulation, wooden doors and double glazed windows.

Payment plan: 30% of the agreed price upon signing the contract;

30% for the finishing of the structure of the building,

30% for interior finishing; 10% with the transfer of property.
