STRUCTURE - Foundations and framework will consist of reinforced concrete complying with the most up to date earthquake regulations.Walls will be of hollow clay bricks with timber roofs finished with Mediterranean style terracotta tiles. EXTERNAL FINISHES - Sand/cement rendered finish. Windows will be white pvc double glazed units with mosquito nets and French doors to ground floor terraces and balconies.
