Sigurna Luka is a luxury one bedroom apartment situated within the old town of Rovinj (on 'Montalbano'), a stone’s throw from the sea and the harbour, and only a couple of minutes walk from the shops of Carera Street, and the numerous restaurants and cafes around the town.
The apartment has been designed with 'couples' in mind – its perfect for two, and consists of a lounge / kitchen / dining room, bath & shower room, and double bedroom. From street level, the apartment is on the first floor. You enter into the airy lounge / kitchen diner, with its impressive original stone wall, laminate wood floor and kitchen. The large shuttered window to your left opens to views of the cobbled street below where you can watch the world go about its business. The lounge consists of a dining table, coffee table, "leather" (not real) sofa, television, DVD player and television cabinet. The "fireplace" (not functioning) is a convenient area to stack books and the like. The fitted kitchen comes with a 4 ring electric hob, sink, plenty of cupboard space, shelves and fitted dishwasher. On one of the shelves is a combined grill/microwave oven. Off the lounge is the large double bedroom, with a super-king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing table. The bedroom has an air conditioning / heating unit to keep you cool on hot summer nights, or warm in the winter. Two windows allow ventilation and light into the room and looks out onto a small, communal (under croatian law) "court yarded" area with a well. The refurbished bathroom actually has a bath (not many apartments in Rovinj do) as well as a shower. There is space and plumbing for a small top-loading washing machine. Facilities The apartment is being sold fully furnished. Absolutely everything, from bed linens to furniture comes with the apartment. The only thing the vendor would like to keep is the actual guest book itself - as a memento. The Croatian Company ("Sigurna Luka d.o.o") and even their website, which is well established in all the search engines, and listed on Holiday Lettings, is available as part of the price, if required. Viewing Viewing can be arranged by appointment. Note: viewing can not take place whilst there are guests in the apartment. Apologies.
