The house is located in a village - 15 km away from the city of Stara Zagora. The capital Sofia is situated approximately 250 km west of the village, while Bourgas and the sea - 250 km east.

This is a nice two storey country house with a large yard with fruit trees and grape vines. There is a summer kitchen with a bathroom/WC near the house. The house has a cellar. An inside bathroom/WC could be built easily. There are also farm buildings, an arbour and a well in the yard.

The house has electricity, running water, telephone line. There is an asphalt road in front of the house. A bus stop and a shop are located nearby.
