It is located 70 km north to Santiago, 1,5 hour from the beach and 45 min. from Portillo ski center with is in the heart of Los Andes on the way to Mendoza, Argentina.
The property is inserted in a joint ownership land with emphasis on the Chilean culture of the Huaso (Cowboy) and the name of the place is Hacienda Rinconada de Los Andes (www.haciendarinconada.cl).

This area is privileged in Aconcagua valley as it counts with the best view to Los Andes mountains.
The house was built 100 mt above the valley level on the foothill of the “Colunquen” hill. The landscape and surroundings are rustic and natural with lots of birds and non dangerous animals to watch by day and night (foxes, rabbits, eagles, degus, etc…).

The house is equipped with a timber fed central heat system which keeps the temperature inside at 25C in the coldest winter.
In spring and summer the terrace, wooden deck, swimming pool and BBQ area are totally enjoyable.
