    The lovely spacious kitchen area (approximate dimension 4 x 4.40m) has a comprehensive selection of 11 beech wood base units with dark work surface’s, 7 matching wall mounted cupboards and 2 sets of draws. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob & oven with extractor fan, microwave, large fridge/freezer and washing machine. There are ten electric sockets placed around the kitchen and a window over the sink looking out over the olive trees at the back of the Villa.

    Off the Living room is the master bedroom suite.

    The dining area includes a table with six chairs. The sitting area has ample seating for up to eight people.

    The living room also has its own private entrance door which would give access if the apartment was to be used as a self contained unit.

    OUTSIDE

    Mains water and electricity are connected. Large water storage tanks are situated under the house and there are plans for a grey water tank for watering the garden.

    The central heating boiler and oil tank are situated at the rear of the property.

    There is a large storeroom (Apothiki) to the side of the property; it has fluorescent lighting and three double sockets and very good storage space. There is a generator with fail safe switch should there be a power cut.

    There is ample room for a swimming pool if required.
