The project for Holiday Complex “Lux Elegant” was created by a leading Bulgarian architects, and it is in unison with the traditional town architecture in Bansko.

The development is located in the southern part of the town, near the mountain. In contrast to the most of the holiday complexes in the resort, the building is not situated on the main town roads, which assures more peaceful atmosphere, with the typical for the town landscape combined with a panoramic view of Pirin Mountain.
At the same time, the distance to some of the main hotels and to the sports and entertainment facilities is minimal. The luxury Perun Hotel is located next to the complex, and Grand Arena – Kempinski is located in the area.
The first station of the Gondola is 500 m away, which takes about 10 minutes walking.

The building:
Underground floor with 5 parking places, game room, laundry room, and basement storage units.
Ground floor with lobby-bar, reception and lobby, SPA center with swimming pool, sauna and massage room, ski-wardrobe, and 5 apartments.
Two typical and one terrace-like floors with 42 apartments and studios.

The apartments are with complete finishing works:
Flooring – natural parquet and graniteware;
walls –painted with latex in color;
bathrooms /WC – fully fitted;
Woodwork window framing, entrance door and interior doors - in unison with the entire look of the building.

The construction is е monolithic ferro-concrete floor slabs, and assures maximum freedom in the distributions of the apartments. The exterior walls are brickwork, and will be thermo-insulated with 4 cm ЕPS, while the roof will be insulated with 8cm XPS.

According to the project, there will be a garden around the building and another garden next to the lobby-bar.

The Management of the complex will offer maintenance of the exterior and interior common areas and garden, and will create the optimum for the rest of residents and guests.
