The houses are situated 30km away from coastal city of Burgas and 10 km away from the biggest lake in the Strangja mountain. On the plot are built two houses and every one of them has a private plot.The plot area of the one is 800 sq.m.,the plot area of the second one is 750 sq.m.
The building includes entrance hall with toilet, living room with kitchen box and dining room, three bedrooms, one of these with toilet.
In the living room there is a space for a fire place.
Right next to the living room is situated a porch and the yard.
There are two ways to heat inside-air condition or radiators. The complex is already finished.
