5) 40% in 48 equal monthly payments starting on completion, interest free!

Rental return - There is a rental guarantee of 7% net for 3 years. This is payable quarterly starting from the 1st quarter after completion.

Free usage - There are 4 weeks of free usage available – 3 weeks off-peak and 1 week at super peak time. Super peak is classed as: December 20th – January 7th; February 4th – February 11th; August 1st – August 14th.
