Stiamo parlando di una villa molto carina.Ha una cucina e una toletta per gli ospiti.Il soggiorno ha un camino di pietra tradizionale e si apre sopra ad un terrazzo che conduce ala piscina.La casa ha una camera da letto al pianterreno, con una stanza da bagno.Al primo piano ci sono due ulteriori camere da letto con bagno e terazzo in comune. All'esterno le scale conducono alla piscina(con differente profondita,perfetta per i bimbi). Ce inoltre un barbecue di pietra. Un gazebo e facoltativo.Un muro di pietra circonda la proprieta. La villa ha il riscaldamento centrale nel pavimento del pianoterra e i radiatori al piano di sopra.I negozi,l ufficio postale,i barr ecc sono a Sv.Lovrec,nelle immediate vicinanze

La vita notturna e le spiagge sono a Porec,a soli 25min. I ristoranti del Limski Fjord sono ancora più vicini.
