Profile Feature
A full page exclusively designed to promote you and the neighborhood you deal with. Depending on the size of territory to cover, you can choose from country, region and town or village pages. These are structured to be easily found by site visitors and are individually indexed on the major search engines, representing effective 'entry' pages to the site and responsible for 70% of visitor traffic. A bold link is added taking visitors directly to your proprty listings. Members may commission as many pages/territories as they wish (subject to availability). Mailing - Your mailer will be sent in full color html, with a text only option (for those who cannot read html emails), and will contain links to a web page version of the mailer and a 'send to a friend' link. Data Distribution
Getting your properties uploaded to a range of property portal sites can be time consuming and/or expensive. PropertyWorld.com can provide you with an XML data file of your property listings for you to pass to other property sites on which you wish to advertise. XML is the industry standard format for accurately transferring data from one site to another. Our XML files are updated 4 times a day to ensure they contain the most up to date information. Most property sites accept our XML file. For those that do not there are file conversion companies able to reformat the file to specific requirements. We recommend Portal Manager (free) or Property Portal Feeder (subscription) for this service.
