You can invite other real estate businesses to work with you in either of these ways:

(a) I would like to display your properties in my website, or

(b) I would like to display my properties in your website, or

(c) Both

Sending an invitation

STEP 1 - Go to PropertyWorld.com > Login

STEP 2 - Go to Company Enhancements > Multi-Listing Manager > Find Businesses to Invite

STEP 3 - Use the Search facility to find the real estate businesses with whom you would like to Multi-List

STEP 4 - Click 'Invite Real Estate Business' (On the form you may wish to suggest the basis upon which you would like to work together - typically a share of the fee when one of you introduces a buyer or tenant to the other)

• If the businesses you have invited is interested they can reply to your invitation email
• When a real estate business 'accepts your invitation' you will receive an email and an alert in your Admin area
• The arrangement will then be Active and will remain so until one of you cancels

Receiving an invitation

When a real estate business invites you to Multi-List with them you will receive an email and an alert in your Admin area. You can either reply to their email and discuss terms, or go straight to your Admin area and 'Accept the invitation' (see below).

Accepting an invitation

STEP 1 - Login to PropertyWorld.com to access your Admin area.

STEP 2 - Go to Company Enhancements > Multi-Listing Manager > Invitations I Have Received

STEP 3 - View the invitation and click either Accept or Reject

Accept

The real estate business who sent the invitation will be informed that you have accepted. the invitation and the properties will 'go live' in the appropriate website. The arrangement will then be Active and will remain so until one of you cancels

            

Reject

The real estate business who sent the invitation will be informed that you have rejected the invitation
