Certain characters entered in any of the text fields can cause a problem when you get to uploading the property to the site:
a single quote mark '
a double quote mark "
the & character
If you have any of these in any of your text, remove them and try uploading again.
In the Price and Floor Area boxes symbols (e.g. %$&3,./>). Enter only the figures (ie. 40000) - the site will do the rest.
Browser Settings Some internet browsers have settings that prevent you from successfully uploading your property details. If you experience difficulties please try the following:
Carry out a Windows Update to ensure you have the latest version of your internet browser. At the top of your browser, select Tools > Windows Update and follow the instructions
Our site uses Java and Cookies. Your browser settings may be blocking them. At the top of your browser, select Tools > Options > Security - enable/allow Java and Cookies and set the overall security level to Medium-Low
Make PropertyWorld.com a 'trusted' site. On your internet browser choose Tools > Options > Security > Sites and enter the full url - http://www.propertyworld.com
Clear your Temporary Internet Folder. At the top of your browser select Tools > Options > Temporary Internet Files
If you have a Firewall make sure the settings allow Java and Cookies and that www.propertyworld.com is an approved website
