How does it work?
To have your properties displayed through another real estate business's website you will need to list them at PropertyWorld.com. Similarly, for another real estate business to offer you his properties, he will need to list them at PropertyWorld.com too. Click here for details our our listing services.
As Multi-Listing can be a one-way process or a two-way arrangement here are the two options:
Your properties seen on another business's website -

From your Admin area in PropertyWorld.com you send an invitation to your choice of real estate businesses

They receive the invitation by email

They log in and accept your invitation

Your properties are now available through their website* (see below)
Another business's properties displayed in your website -

To access your Multi-Listing Manager, log in and click the Company Enhancements tab.
* The multi-listed properties display through a Search Facility where site visitors enter their search requirements. This is provided by PropertyWorld.com when you set up your first Multi-Listing arrangement. Only the real estate business displaying the Multi-Listed properties needs a Search Facility. Example
Add the Search Facility to your website by cutting & pasting the link code provided. Log in and go to Company Enhancements > Search Facility.
