Multi-Listing Manager - Key Explained
Active = live arrangements
- Contains details of accepted and paid for multi-listing arrangements with other real estate agents
- If you have an Active arrangement with a real estate business to display his properties in your website you can view them from the Search Facility on your Company Enhancements page
- If you delete an Active arrangement, the properties will no longer display

Rejected = rejected by the other business
- Contains details of other real estate businesses who have rejected your invitations
- You can delete these once you've seen them

Awaiting My Payment = agreed but awaiting your payment
- Contains details of invitations for other real estate businesses to display their properties on your website that have been accepted by the other real estate business but not yet paid for
- Click Add to Basket
- When you have finished adding to your basket, click View Enhancement Basket
- Remember, arrangements will not become Active until the payment process has been completed

Awaiting My Response = invitations for you to accept/reject
- Contains details of real estate businesses who have sent you invitations to Multi-List with them
- Click Accept or Reject

Awaiting Their Response = invitations for the other business to accept/reject
- Contains details of invitations you have sent to real estate businesses that are still awaiting their response
|
Awaiting Their Payment = agreed but awaiting their payment
- Contains details of real estate businesses that have agreed to Multi-List with you but have yet to make payment
- When payment is made their entry will move to the Active section

(#) = the number of entries in that section
Referrals (#) = the number of property enquiries/referrals each arrangement has generated |
