How do I track the enquiries?
- Let's say you have a Multi-Listing arrangement with Agent X to display your properties on his website, and someone visiting his site enquires after one of your properties. The enquiry comes directly to you and Agent X receives a copy for monitoring purposes
- Now let's say you agreed to display Agent X's properties on your website and one of your site visitors enquires after one of his properties. Agent X receives the enquiry and you get a copy
