Hide a property
If, for any reason, you want to hide a property from public view without actually deleting it, select the property and click the 'Hide Property' button. You can restore it to public view by selecting the property and clicking the 'Un-Hide Property' button.

View a property
To view a property as the site visitors will see it, select the property and click the 'View Property' button.

View statistics
Statistics are logged for each property listed. The current month's statistics are displayed on the Property Manager page above your property listings - (e.g. This Month's Property Statistics: Views: 13935 Referrals: 16). To view the statistics for a property, select the property and click the Property Stats button. You will be sent an email at the beginning of each month with a more detailed breakdown of the activity generated.

Order/sort your property list
To help you find specific properties in your Property Manager you can sort them by Reference, Name/Number, Address, Features or Expiry. Just click the column headings.
Tick & Cross icons
We offer clients the ability to add a new location to the database. Properties added using these 'new locations' are not 'live' on the website until we have checked that the new location is genuine. To the left of your properties list in your Property Manager you will see green ticks denoting an 'authorised location' and red crosses denoting 'locations awaiting authorisation'. The 'Add New Location' facility is reserved for genuine locations only and should not be used to add general area descriptions (coastal, south, etc.).

Display your property listings from your own website
Your properties are stored in folders and you can view all the properties in each folder on a webpage. To display these properties from your own website, select a folder, click the 'Folder URL' button and copy & paste the link displayed into your website. Alert Messages
These will appear on your Property Manager page when either we at PropertyWorld.com have sent you a message or another business user of the site is inviting you to work with them.
The Alert looks like this -  You have Alert Messages to view, Click Here.
Messages will automatically be deleted 2 months after you first read them. You may delete them manually if you prefer.
